InstaLabelRemover offers Free at $0, Pro at $10/month and Ultimate at $14/month with monthly billing. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent; the full annual amount is charged once per year.

Pro includes unlimited photo cleaning and multiple photo upload. Ultimate adds unlimited video cleaning, batch ZIP downloads and 1,000 API calls per month. API access and video processing are not included with Pro. Both paid plans include priority support within 24 hours.

The Free plan lets you clean 1 photo per month without a paid subscription. The free quota is tracked by IP address and resets on the first day of each month at midnight UTC. Free accepts one photo at a time, without multiple photo upload, video processing or API access. After using the monthly photo, wait for the reset or choose a paid plan.

All three plans support JPG, PNG and WEBP photos with iPhone and Android device profiles. MP4 video processing is available only with Ultimate. Pro is suitable for photo-only work; Ultimate covers both photos and videos.

Pro costs $72 per year, equivalent to $6/month, saving $48 compared with 12 monthly payments. Ultimate costs $108 per year, equivalent to $9/month, saving $60. The monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge: the annual total is paid upfront in USD.

Yes. Paid InstaLabelRemover subscriptions renew according to the monthly or annual billing cycle selected at checkout, unless cancelled. Your account's Subscription page shows the next renewal date, invoices and payment details.

Yes. You can cancel Pro or Ultimate from the Subscription page in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling an annual plan does not by itself refund the unused months.

Manage your plan from the Subscription page in your InstaLabelRemover account. Before confirming a change, review the amount to pay and the effective date shown in the billing portal. Do not assume a change is immediate or that a prorated refund is automatic: the displayed billing conditions apply.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, not granted automatically. Contact support within 7 days of purchase and include the email address associated with your account and the payment reference. Review the subscription and refund terms before buying.

Multiple photo upload is included with Pro and Ultimate, but not Free. Downloading a batch as a ZIP archive is exclusive to Ultimate. Pro users can upload several photos together and download the processed files individually.

API access is exclusive to an active Ultimate subscription, with 1,000 calls per month included. Free and Pro do not include API access, even if the account previously had an API key. The API quota resets on the first day of each month in UTC and is separate from photo processing in the web app.

An active Pro subscriber earns 10% commission; an active Ultimate subscriber earns 20%. The rate follows the referrer's plan when the commission is credited, not the referred customer's plan. It applies once, to the referral's first subscription payment, whether monthly or annual. Free does not include the affiliate program.

All three plans include a 7-day re-download history. Download and keep the files you need during that period; the history is not permanent storage. A paid subscription does not extend the history beyond 7 days.

No. InstaLabelRemover processes file metadata, but a paid plan does not guarantee how Instagram, Facebook or another platform will label a post. Pro and Ultimate change the available features and limits, not the platform's decisions. Follow each platform's rules for disclosing AI-generated content.
